Does Your Children’s Ministry Need a Consultation?

One resource Revival Fire for Kids provides is a children’s ministry consultation.  A children’s ministry consultation is when we come to your church, give you a worker training day, evaluate your children’s ministry’s needs, assist in a plan of action, and provide resources and advice.

How do you know if your children’s ministry could benefit from a children’s ministry consultation? If you answer yes to any of the following questions, then a children’s ministry consultation could provide the help you need.

My children’s ministry is in such a mess, I don’t even know where to start or what to do?

I know there are problem areas that need fixed, but I honestly don’t know how to fix them?

My children’s ministry seems to have hit a wall. I’m not sure why it’s not effective any more?

I know what needs to be done to make my children’s ministry effective, but I need a plan of action to get me there?

I know what needs done and how to get it there, but my pastor and congregation doesn’t understand. My pastor would listen to “an expert” from outside.

My children’s ministry is doing well, but I know it could do better. I’m not sure what needs to be done to improve it.

If you can relate to any of these, a children’s ministry consultation would help. Here’s some of the things your children’s ministry will receive with a consultation:

  • Complete evaluation of your children’s ministry
  • Free Church Children’s Ministry Handbook on CD Rom
  • Goal and Vision Statement Planning Sessions
  • Problem Solving Sessions
  • Calendar and Program Planning
  • Teacher and Worker Training Session
  • Strategies to get your where you want to be
  • Children’s Church Session
  • Free Curriculum and Resources
  • Any other organizational help needed

Global 4/14 Prayer Day

Tomorrow, April 14th, is the Global 4/14 Prayer Day. This is the day where we pray for children between the ages of 4 and 14 all over the world to become Christ followers.

Research shows that nearly 85% of individuals who make a decision for Christ in the United States do so between the ages of 4 to 14. Christian missionaries serving around the world report similar results.

A Prayer and Fasting Guide is available on their website at

Children’s Ministry Conferences 2012

Revival Fire For Kids will be at two conferences in March – CLA Focus and OCEA. I’ll teach workshops at both conferences. I also can have a worker training event at your church that’s geared toward your workers. I’ve included that in this list.

Here’s a schedule of conferences for 2012. Some of the conferences are for multiple ministries in the church, but I included them because they have a great children’s ministry emphasis.

Make Demons Tremble Kid’s Crusade

If your children’s ministry has a harvest party or Autumn carnival in October, you can make it even more special by booking Revival Fire For Kids to do a one day kid’s crusade called Make Demons Tremble.  Your students will learn to make demons tremble at the name of Jesus.

This event will show children that they have power over the enemy in the Name of Jesus. It’s based on James 2:19. It will also be evangelistic, so it’s perfect for both church kids and kids who have never been to church.

This crusade will work around the party or community event you have planned or we can do a complete two hour kid’s crusade. We want to work with your program.
